Renee Boehm

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of the Dickson County Help Center, Renee Boehm strives every day to help those who are struggling with respect and compassion. Armed with her own incredible testimony, her strength in Jesus Christ, and love for her community, Renee has been an integral part of the Help Center’s growth starting in 2005, first as the Assistance Program Director and now as the Executive Director. She also serves the community through involvement in many civic groups, committees, and boards. After God, family is Renee’s biggest focus and she finds joy spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Pam Edmond

Client Services Director

Starting as a volunteer, Pam has been on staff at DCHC since 2014. As the Director of Client Services, Pam manages the assistance program that offers aid to individuals and families in need and coordinates the Help Center’s many outreach programs in the community. With a background in Human Services and extensive educational credentials, Pam has grown the Assistance program to where it assists thousands of individuals and families every year. Through her leadership at the Dickson County Help Center and her participation in many civic organizations, Pam has become a respected figure in Dickson County.

Angela Moore

Donor Services Manager

A newcomer to Dickson, Angela Moore joined the Dickson County Help Center in 2022 as the Donor Services Manager. With a background in nonprofit management and marketing, Angela works every day to make sure that the monetary donations from generous donors are handled with respect, security, and accuracy. She also maintains the branding and the Help Center’s relationship with the public through their social media, marketing, and outreach. Angela adores her new “chosen hometown” and feels called by God to help Dickson grow through helping all its citizens succeed.

Tim Sprankle

Thrift Store Manager

A friendly, helpful presence at the Dickson County Help Center, Tim Sprankle has worked in both the retail floor and sorting areas of the Thrift Store since 2020 and became the Thrift Store’s manager in 2022. Tim ensures that the items that come in to the thrift store from generous donors are handled responsibly, priced accurately, and sold quickly! Tim is passionate about his community and serving others both through managing those who work and volunteer in the thrift store and those who come through the doors every day. When he’s not serving others at the Help center, he enjoys athletic competitions and spending time with his family.

Jeff  Jefferson

Facilities Manager

Jeff Jefferson has been an instrumental staff member of the Dickson County Help Center since 2014. Maintaining the Help Center’s facility is crucial for the success of its many programs, and Jeff ensures that our building is safe, clean, and accessible for staff members and the public. Jeff believes his purpose is to make everybody else’s job at the Help Center easier and he serves his community by supporting his coworkers and sometimes even its clients when they are in need. A tireless worker, even when away from the Help Center, he always finds something to do to make his world better.

Angie Manley

Long Term Recovery Case Manager

One of the Help Center’s newest team members, Angie Manley joined the Help Center as the Manager and Case Worker for the newly formed Long Term Recovery program. Angie provides aid to families impacted by natural disasters in our community by coordinating assistance in the immediate aftermath and then establishes a long-term plan for recovery. Angie believes that joining the Help Center staff has been part of healing and overcoming the hard things and obstacles in her own life. She believes that the Holy Spirit lead her to help others overcome their own hard times as well. In her free time, she loves spending time with her kids, cooking, playing with her pets and spending time outside.
