Assistance is available if you or someone you know is facing financial hardship and struggling to pay utility bills. To apply for this aid, you are required to present the most recent bill or cutoff notice. If you have a prepaid account, you are requested to provide a current "My Usage" statement from Dickson Electric Service. The assistance center will directly pay the utility provider upon submission of the required documents
